Very helpful staff. Excellent value for money.

During Autumn-Winter season rooms are cold at night (however, the hotel staff is there to provide you with additional blankets and heating).

Everything I like or didn't like about this hotel is mostly connected to its location. So in this section I will just say the location is not convinient. The hotel is very nice, the staff is very polite and ready to help, the room is extra clean and cosy and breakfast is tasty, so for the stay I would give it 9 out of 10. The impression could be very positive, but...

...but the hotel is not only far from the city center, but it's rather hard to reach it if you are not going by car. So if you go by car, that's great, I recommened it to you. IF NOT: be ready to travel about 25-30 minutes from city center, then go by foot 15 minutes (more if you're with heavy or numerous luggage), besides at one point there is a country side starting, and finally you find yourself going along the road without a sidewalk. That's not good, especially for a girl alone like me. In the evening I took a taxi to come back. But let me repeat, going by car, you will really remain glad after having stayed there)

Very close to Bologna airport and excellent as we arrived late at night after renting a car. Car park available, easy access to start our trip....

It was lovely the family who run it could not have been more helpful. We would just mention we were going somewhere and they were full of information. The Hostess spoke very good englishand the breakfast was yummy. Rooms were very clean and serviced everyday.

The staff was extremely friendly. The room was large clean and the air conditioning worked very well.

It was very far from the city center. I did not have a car but the bus did make it easy to get into the city. However, initially getting to the hotel was a chore because the bus map was not easy to read and the tourist information center was closed. To get there take the 27 bus out past the highway and it will drop you off by a great ice cream place grab a cone and walk the half mile to the hotel

What a delightful hostess Stefania is! She was so friendly and happy to make sure that we had everything we needed during our short stay there.

The hotel owners were so friendly and thoughtful. They even provided an English-language newspaper at breakfast time. The hotel was easily positioned to drive into Bologna to look around but also very quiet and away from the city. The owners were also very helpful with providing information about Bologna sites and a map.

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and made an excellent effort to speak english with us. They were very willing to provide breakfast early as we had to be at the airport early.

We chose this hotel as it is just minutes by taxi from the airport and that was our priority. It is a bit of a journey from the centre of Bologna.

The Hotel is close to the airport, it's 10 min by taxi. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was very good. The hotel is a comfortable and warm. I will recomend it.
